As the Social Media Marketing Assistant, I worked under the Director of Marketing and Outreach and worked cross-functionally with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers. My goal in this position was to create a consistent brand voice to improve our reach, following, and engagement across all platforms.
Overall, my social media work led to average increases in content engagement by 55%, reach by 16%, media upload by 4%, and following by 2500+ users across all platforms.
